ADD Bihor has announced that the bidding procedures for elaborating the technical projects relating to the didactic swimming pools in Nucet and Sacueni attracted 10 firms each. After finalizing the bidding framework and after awaiting any type of appeal procedures from other companies until Wednesday, March 7th, PROEXCO SRL BIHOR (Nucet) and DAT CONSTRUCTIV SRL BUCURESTI (Sacueni) were declared as winners. „The timeline for writing these technical projects is 3 months long, between March and June 2018, aiming for a start to bidding procedures for the construction of the swimming pools to start in July for both cities” – Pasztor Sandor, president of Bihor County Council. The two winning companies bid under the value estimated by the beneficiary. The value for Lot 1 in Nucet is 94.440 RON (far from the 158.785 RON estimated in the feasibility study) while the value for Lot 2 in Sacueni is 124.000 RON (far from the 257.865 RON estimated in the feasibility study), according to Adrian Simon, spokesperson for Bihor County Council. ADD Bihor is the institution which contains 3 municipalities and 6 cities in Bihor County, having as a main goal to actively pursue major infrastructure projects within them. Almost a year and a half ago, the representatives of the cities of Alesd, Salonta, Marghita, Valea lui Mihai, Stei, Beius, Vascau, Nucet and Sacueni have unanimously voted on the project which entails the building of semi-olympic type swimming pools in each of the 9 member cities of ADD Bihor.
