BETTER STUDY CONDITIONS IN MARGHITA

Beginning with the 2019/2020 school year, the “Horvath Janos” Theoretical Highschool in Marghita operates two classrooms of professional education.

The 48 students will be specializing in jobs such as waiter, cook, stonemason or air-conditioning installation professional. Because the institution does not have an adequate space in order to teach these jobs practically, ADD Bihor together with Bihor County Council has ensured the necessary sums for buying modern containers as teaching space. The two containers will have functioning utilities and will be adequate spaces where the above-mentioned jobs can be safely taught every week. The containers can also be moved anywhere in order to suit the necessities of students. The funds for buying these containers and having a modern educational process take place within them are ensured by Bihor County Council through ADD Bihor.

PASZTOR SANDOR, president of Bihor County Council: “The necessary documentation in regards to planned work to be done at the institution has been verified because, in perspective, we will start building a modern artificial sports ground which can be used by the school and the children whenever they wish”. ADD Bihor will also finance a feasibility study to be undertaken in order to identify ways in which the educational institution can be extended. Through the same program, Bihor County Council has ensured the necessary financing for buying 6 intelligent tablets with video projectors for the benefit of “Octavian Goga” National College in Marghita.
